Waterline Maintenance Monitoring and cleaning your waterlines regularly prevents accumulation of odour and foul-tasting bacteria. To help prevent the potential for infection from bacterial contaminated water in your DUWL (dental unit water lines), follow A-dec’s recommended “Maintain, Monitor, Shock” approach. This will ensure your bacterial colony forming count is under ADA’s recommended <200 CFU (colony forming units). Download Water Maintenance Guide
